About Me.
I'm the founder of Vibes, a system born from the frontlines of leadership—not a boardroom. After two decades in talent strategy, operations, and culture development, I saw the same pattern again and again: companies investing in recruiting, training, and branding without the systems to sustain any of it. I built Vibes to change that. My background spans everything from franchise operations to executive coaching, but my core belief has never changed—great culture is built, not bought. I created Vibes to help businesses stop chasing talent and start keeping it, by turning values into action, teams into systems, and leaders into builders of thriving workplaces.
